808nm 1800W optical collimated laser module

This product uses a new generation 808nm 100W high-temperature resistant chip, which is precisely coupled with an optical lens to compress the fast axis divergence angle of the chip. The module has the characteristics of high power, high-quality light spot, and high reliability, and is mainly used in the field of medical beauty.
1. Product features
1) High temperature resistance
The product uses the new generation chip of Lumcore Optoelectronics. At a working current of 100A, the difference in long and short pulse width power has been reduced from 15% before the replacement to within 10%. The following is the power test curve of the module packaged after the replacement. The single pulse energy of the module reaches 240J, and the slope efficiency of the product is greater than 1.2A/W.

2) Optical collimation
The chip is precisely coupled with the optical lens to compress the fast axis divergence angle of the chip, and the spot size can be adjusted according to user requirements, resulting in a significant improvement in the uniformity of the compressed spot.

3) Long lifespan
The chip soldering adopts the gold tin eutectic process, which improves the reliability of the product. The laser has been continuously aged for more than 1000 hours, with a power attenuation of less than 2%, and the product is still undergoing continuous aging.
